针对隧道路面噪音大、抗滑性能差、发生火灾时易引起沥青产生浓烟等缺陷,设计了抗滑降噪型沥青混合料,采用大空隙沥青混合料结构降低隧道路面噪音、提高抗滑性能,并采用阻燃剂降低隧道火灾危险性。对抗滑降噪型沥青混合料的降噪性能、抗剪性能、水稳定性能、渗水性能、抗滑性能等综合性能与空隙率的关系进行研究,确定合理空隙率,并铺筑试验路进行验证。结果表明:抗滑降噪型隧道沥青路面比普通隧道沥青路面噪音降低约6dB,抗滑性能提高20%;混合料的目标空隙率宜控制在19%,施工现场路面空隙率宜控制在16%~21%。在隧道中采用该混合料可有效提高隧道路面的使用性能,改善隧道运营环境。

The relationship between noise reduction performance, shear resistance, water stability, seepage performance, skid resistance and other properties of the anti-sliding noise-reducing asphalt mixture and porosity was studied to determine the reasonable porosity and to pave the way for testing . The results show that the anti-skid and noise-reducing asphalt pavement has a noise reduction of about 6dB and an anti-skid performance of 20%, the target porosity of the mixture should be controlled at 19% and the pavement porosity of the construction site should be controlled at 16% ~ 21%. The use of the mixture in the tunnel can effectively improve the service performance of the tunnel and improve the tunnel operating environment.
