异种钢接头是电站锅炉中的一个重要部件。本文应用热弹塑性有限元对102钢和304H钢管通过镍基合金填充材料焊接的异种钢接头的焊接残余应力场及经过退火后的残余应力场进行了数值计算,并应用全释放法对该焊接头进行了实测,计算结果与实测结果基本吻合。这些结果可供异种钢接头失效研究和其焊接工艺的制订时参考。
Heterogeneous steel joints are an important part of power plant boilers.
