我国新的经济背景给中职院校提供了新的机遇,但也对中职院校提出了新的要求。中职班主任作为学校和学生的结合部,是学校管理学生的基础力量。其在学生遇到问题、解决问题、执行学校的管理制度、及时向上反映学生的动向等等各方面有着不可取代的重要作用。本文从中职班主任管理工作中的各个方面分析了当前存在的问题并提出了相应的解决方法。
The new economic background of our country provides new opportunities for secondary vocational colleges, but also puts forward new requirements for secondary vocational colleges. Secondary vocational school teacher as a combination of school and student, is the basis of school management students. It plays an irreplaceable and important role in students ’encountering problems, solving problems, implementing the school’s management system, and timely reflecting students’ trends. This article analyzes the current problems and puts forward the corresponding solutions in all aspects of the management of secondary class teachers.
