苝酰亚胺作为一类独特的n-型有机半导体材料,以其为构筑单元形成的超分子聚集体具有独特的光物理和光化学性质,在光电功能器件上具有广阔的应用前景。综述了近年来以苝酰亚胺为构筑单元,π-π堆积引导构筑的各种超分子聚集体的研究现状,这些超分子聚集体展现出丰富的形貌结构和独特的光电功能。简单介绍了苝酰亚胺自组装纳米材料在场效应晶体管和气体传感器方面的应用。最后,对其发展前景作了展望。
As a kind of unique n-type organic semiconducting material, peryleneimine has unique photophysical and photochemical properties as a supramolecular aggregate formed by the building blocks, and has broad application prospects in optoelectronic functional devices. In this paper, the recent progress of various supramolecular aggregates guided by perylene imide as building blocks and π-π stacking is reviewed. These supramolecular aggregates exhibit rich morphology and unique photoelectric functions. The application of peryleneimide self-assembled nanomaterials in field-effect transistors and gas sensors is briefly introduced. Finally, the prospect of its development is forecasted.
