随着全国各地学校和教育机构对新课程标准的实施与运用,以往教学中重结果轻过程的做法已经得到纠正,教师在教学过程中转而提倡学生积极参与进来,重在让学生参与到整个思维过程中,帮助学生在掌握知识的同时提高自己分析和解决问题的能力。但是,教学过程中也面临这样的问题:由于年龄局限,小学生更偏向于依赖教师指导,按部就班,缺少学习的主动性,不能有计划有目标地去展开学习活动,导致学习效率低下,知识掌握程度较低。那么作为一名教师,如何改变这些现象来提高课堂效率呢?
