目的:了解温阳健脾方浴足联合耳穴压豆对非小细胞肺癌患者化疗后毒副反应的影响。方法:将90例非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为对照组与治疗组,对照组予常规化疗,治疗组在常规化疗基础上联合使用温阳健脾方浴足、耳穴压豆,按照预定方案治疗2个周期,观察不同方法对患者化疗后毒副反应的影响。结果:治疗组在减轻非小细胞肺癌化疗后胃肠道反应、血液系统及神经系统毒副反应方面,明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组对心脏毒性、肝肾功能影响及脱发的影响少于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:温阳健脾方浴足联合耳穴压豆能明显减轻非小细胞肺癌患者化疗后胃肠道、血液系统及神经系统的毒副反应。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of Wenyang Jianpi Yuzu and Auricular point pressed beans on toxicity of chemotherapy in patients with non-small cell lung cancer. Methods: Ninety patients with non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group received conventional chemotherapy. The treatment group was treated with Wenyang spleen and foot acupressure and ear acupressure beans in accordance with the schedule. Cycle, observe the effect of different methods on the toxicity of patients after chemotherapy. Results: The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in reducing the gastrointestinal reaction, blood system and nervous system toxicity after chemotherapy for non-small cell lung cancer (P<0.05). The effect of the treatment group on cardiac toxicity, liver and kidney function, and hair loss was less than that of the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion: The combination of Wenyang Jianpi bath foot and auricular point press bean can significantly reduce the toxic and side effects of chemotherapy, gastrointestinal tract, blood system and nervous system in patients with non-small cell lung cancer.
