当前,我国民事执行难、执行乱的现象仍比较严重,破解执行难、执行乱,加强检察机关对民事执行监督是有效途径之一。因此,必须建立民事执行检察监督机制,将其纳入科学化、规范化的轨道。
At present, the civil enforcement of our country is difficult and the execution of chaos is still grave. It is also an effective way to crack down on the implementation of chaos and enforce chaos.
