从目前事业单位人力资源管理的现状来看,在绩效考核方面存在着很多亟待解决的问题,这些问题直接影响到了事业单位人力资源的发挥。作为事业单位人力资源管理者来讲,必须要高度重视人力资源绩效考核工作,不断立足本单位实际和职工特点,不断重视绩效考核工作,科学构建绩效考核体系,为事业单位人力资源管理注入新的活力。本文主要分析研究事业单位人力资源管理中存在的问题,尝试探索事业单位人力资源绩效考核的新路径。
From the current situation of human resource management in public institutions, there are many problems to be solved in performance appraisal, and these problems have a direct impact on the exertion of human resources in public institutions. As human resource managers in public institutions, we must attach great importance to human resources performance appraisal, constantly based on the actual unit and the characteristics of employees, continue to attach importance to performance appraisal, scientific performance appraisal system for the construction of human resources management into a new vitality. This article mainly analyzes and studies the existing problems in the human resources management of public institutions, and tries to explore a new path of human resources performance evaluation in public institutions.
