对27SiMn钢三种淬火处理工艺获得的不同形态马氏体的磨损性能进行了研究,并与退火态进行对比。结果表明,采用亚温淬火+低温回火的热处理工艺获得的是板条马氏体+铁素体相间分布的细小、均匀的组织,具有较好的抗磨粒磨损及冲蚀磨损性能。
The wear properties of different forms of martensite obtained from the three quenching processes of 27SiMn steel were studied and compared with the annealed state. The results show that the microstructure of martensite + ferrite is fine and uniform distributed by heat treatment with sub-temperature quenching and low-temperature tempering, and has good wear resistance and erosion wear resistance.
