伴随着近年来我国社会主义市场经济的发展,电力行业也有了极大的进步和提升。电力工程项目的数量随着电网的改建和扩建而大大增加,电力工程的合同管理工作在这其中的重要性也就得到了充分的体现。对于电力工程项目而言,合同管理的好坏将对其整体水平起到决定性的作用,同时合同管理工作对于电力企业自身长远发展也具有着深远的意义。本文旨在对电力工程项目施工阶段的合同管理工作进行分析,并站在施工方的角度提出了若干改进意见。
With the development of China’s socialist market economy in recent years, the power industry has also made great strides and improvements. The number of power engineering projects greatly increases with the reconstruction and expansion of power grids. The importance of contract management in power engineering is also fully reflected in this regard. For the power project, the quality of the contract management will play a decisive role on the overall level, and the contract management work will also have far-reaching significance for the long-term development of the power enterprises themselves. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the contract management in the construction stage of power engineering project and to put forward some suggestions for improvement from the perspective of the construction side.
