通过对河南农村农民生活状况的调查可以发现,在当前河南农村干部群众关系得到改善的前提下,当前农村干群关系呈现出几个较为突出的新特点:利益关系日益凸现,管理关系逐渐弱化;党和政府的政策在调节干群关系中的作用增强;农民群众利益的损益成为干群关系好坏的一个重要变量。据此,提出了进一步改善农村干群关系的对策。
Through the survey of the living conditions of rural farmers in Henan Province, it can be found that under the premise of the current improvement of the relationship between rural cadres and the masses in Henan Province, the current relationship between cadres and the masses in rural areas presents several prominent new features: the increasingly prominent interest relations and the gradual weakening of the management relations; The role of the party and government policies in regulating the relationship between cadres and the masses has been strengthened. The gains and losses of peasant masses’ interests have become an important variable in the relationship between cadres and the masses. Accordingly, the countermeasures to further improve the relationship between cadres and the masses in rural areas are put forward.
