目的:优选天宁颗粒提取工艺条件。方法:以乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、提取时间和提取次数为考察因素,以天麻素、阿魏酸的含量,以及干膏率为评价指标,采用正交试验优选最佳工艺条件。结果:最佳工艺条件为乙醇浓度为75%,8倍量乙醇,提取2次,每次1.5 h。结论:该提取工艺稳定可行,可用于天宁颗粒的提取。
Objective: To optimize the extraction conditions of Tianning granules. Methods: The ethanol concentration, the amount of ethanol, the extraction time and the number of extraction were investigated. The gastrodin, ferulic acid content and the dry extract rate were used as the evaluation indexes. The orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the optimum technological conditions. Results: The optimum conditions for the ethanol concentration of 75%, 8 times the amount of ethanol, extracted twice, each 1.5 h. Conclusion: The extraction process is stable and feasible and can be used for extraction of Tianning granules.
