醇胺法二氧化碳捕集技术是目前应用广泛的捕碳技术,解吸塔能耗大的缺点影响该工艺的进一步发展。针对解吸塔反应精馏的特点在MESH方程(质量平衡方程、相平衡方程、摩尔分数归一化方程、能量平衡方程)建立平衡级静态模型,找出与再生能耗相关的直接参数,并对参数对再生能耗的影响进行了定性分析。分析表明再生能耗主要集中在富液塔内升温吸热和解吸化学吸热两项,MEA(乙醇胺)浓度、塔底压力2个工艺参数同能耗存在非线性关系。
Alcohols amine carbon dioxide capture technology is widely used carbon capture technology, desulfurization tower shortcomings affect the energy consumption of the further development of the process. According to the characteristics of reaction distillation of desorption column, equilibrium static model is established in MESH equation (mass balance equation, phase equilibrium equation, normalized mole fraction equation, energy balance equation), and the direct parameters related to regenerative energy consumption are found out. The influence of parameter on regenerative energy consumption is qualitatively analyzed. The analysis shows that the energy consumption of regeneration mainly concentrates in the temperature rising endothermic and desorption chemical endotherms in the liquid rich tower. There is a nonlinear relationship between energy consumption and the two process parameters of MEA (ethanolamine) concentration and bottom pressure.
