通过采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法等研究方法,对我国户外指导员师资状况进行调查分析,主要从户外运动指导员的队伍结构、师资的管理模式、培训课程、师资评价反馈以及再教育等方面进行调查,针对其存在的问题提出加强我国户外指导员师资队伍建设,完善指导员的培训内容与培训方法,强化指导员的专业能力培养等建议。
Through the methods of literature review, questionnaire survey and expert interviews, this paper analyzes the status of outdoor instructors in our country from four aspects: the team structure of outdoor instructors, the management mode of teachers, training courses, teacher evaluation feedback and re-education And other aspects of the investigation, according to the existing problems put forward to strengthen our country outdoor instructors teaching staff construction, improve the instructors training content and training methods, strengthen the instructors professional ability training and other recommendations.
