采用图像分析原理和电子技术将染色后的纸浆纤维用显微镜放大,通过CCD数码相机将放大的纤维图像信号转变为电子数码信号输送到计算机,经计算机处理后显示在电脑显示器屏上。用鼠标点击显示屏上单根纤维图像的两端,计算机自动识别所测纤维的形态,描绘纤维骨架结构,测量出纤维实际长度及长度分布。
Using the principle of image analysis and electronic technology, the stained pulp fiber is magnified by a microscope. The magnified fiber image signal is transformed into an electronic digital signal by a CCD digital camera and sent to a computer, which is displayed on a computer monitor screen after being processed by a computer. Click the two ends of the single fiber image on the screen with a mouse, the computer automatically recognizes the shape of the measured fiber, depicts the fiber skeleton structure, and measures the actual length and length distribution of the fiber.
