At present, overseas construction projects contracted by Chinese construction enterprises are mainly concentrated in third world countries. The political, cultural, religious, environmental and public security situations in Third World countries are different from those in China. Public security incidents and health and epidemic prevention emergencies are prominent. Therefore, public security and health and epidemic prevention have become the key factors for the smooth implementation of the project.
