目的对手术后口服小剂量米非司酮治疗子宫内膜异位症的近期疗效和副作用进行观察和探讨。方法此次临床研究主要以本院在2012年5月份~2013年5月份收治的100例子宫内膜异位症患者为研究对象,所有患者均经过手术治疗。采用随机分配的原则,将所有患者分成对照组和实验组,每个组别各50例。对照组患者在临床上主要采用达那唑进行治疗,实验组患者在临床上主要采用小剂量米非司酮进行治疗。对两组患者的临床疗效、药物副作用以及停药后月经恢复时间和累积妊娠率进行观察和比较。结果经临床研究结果显示,实验组患者的临床总有效率与对照组差异不存在统计学意义,P>0.05;实验组副作用发生率明显低于对照组,差异存在统计学意义,P<0.05;实验组停药后月经平均恢复时间明显短于对照组,差异存在统计学意义,P<0.05;两组患者1年内累计妊娠率差异不存在统计学意义,P>0.05。结论经临床研究结果表明,口服小剂量米非司酮对子宫内膜异位症患者进行治疗,近期疗效与达那唑相似,然而副作用比达那唑小,具有较高的安全性,值得推广和普及。
Objective To observe and discuss the short-term efficacy and side effects of oral small-dose mifepristone in the treatment of endometriosis. Methods The clinical study mainly focused on 100 patients with endometriosis treated in our hospital from May 2012 to May 2013, all of whom underwent surgical treatment. All patients were divided into control group and experimental group according to the principle of random allocation, 50 cases in each group. The control group of patients in the clinical use of danazol for treatment, the experimental group of patients in the clinical use of small doses of mifepristone for treatment. The clinical efficacy, side effects of drugs and menstruation recovery time and cumulative pregnancy rate after stopping were observed and compared in two groups of patients. Results The results of clinical studies showed that there was no significant difference in the total clinical effective rate between the experimental group and the control group (P> 0.05). The incidence of side effects in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05) The mean recovery time of menstruation in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group after stopping the drug treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in cumulative pregnancy rate between the two groups within one year (P> 0.05). Conclusions The results of clinical studies showed that oral administration of low dose mifepristone in patients with endometriosis, the recent efficacy and danazol similar, but side effects than danazol small, with high safety, it is worth promoting And universal.
