目前雷达天线阵面电源电缆射频电缆组件种类繁多,这给总装布线带来一定的难度,沿用传统的辅助材料已经不能满足现有的总装产品装配需求。本文拟进行工艺研究,通过材料优选,将稳定可靠的新型辅助材料应用到产品中,提高产品可靠性能、提高生产装配效率。
At present, there are many kinds of RF cable assemblies for the power cables of the radar antenna array, which bring some difficulties to the assembly and distribution lines. The traditional auxiliary materials can no longer meet the existing assembly requirements of assembly products. This article intends to carry out the process of research, through the choice of materials, stable and reliable new auxiliary materials applied to the product, improve product reliability, improve production and assembly efficiency.
