为研究西洋参中多糖的提取工艺条件,以西洋参为原料,利用纤维素酶和木瓜蛋白酶对其进行酶解,采用酶解辅助提取西洋参多糖,以酶解温度、酶解时间、pH、复合酶添加量、复合酶配比等对酶解辅助提取法进行单因素试验,初步确定各因素的最佳范围。在单因素试验基础上,采用响应曲面试验设计确定酶解辅助提取最佳条件。经试验得到,最优工艺参数为:酶解时间1.37 h、酶解温度60.20℃、pH 6.50、酶添加量1.44%,此条件下多糖得率为13.77%。酶解辅助提取方法简单、效率高,可作为西洋参多糖的提取工艺。
