c-fos原癌基因是v-fos癌基因的同源顺序,从TATA框到推定的poly(A)信号全长3415bp,编码380个氨基酸。在不同组织、不同细胞类型和细胞分化的不同阶段基因的表达水平不同。显然,该基因的表达与细胞分化有关。c-fos基因的表达受三种不同信使系统(蛋白酶C、Ca~(2+)和cAMP)的调节。如果表达失调,不一定能引起细胞的恶性转化,但却明显干扰骨组织的发育。
The c-fos proto-oncogene is the homologous sequence of the v-fos oncogene, from the TATA box to the putative poly(A) signal of 3415 bp in length, encoding 380 amino acids. Different genes, different cell types, and cell differentiation have different levels of gene expression. Obviously, the expression of this gene is related to cell differentiation. The expression of c-fos gene is regulated by three different messenger systems (protease C, Ca 2+ , and cAMP). If dysregulation is expressed, it does not necessarily cause malignant transformation of cells, but it significantly interferes with the development of bone tissue.
