1994年3月我们在平桥乡小溪边的死槐树上采集到一丛重9.7kg野生平菇,经组织分离栽培驯化成性状稳定的菌株,定名平菇安丰三号.经三年来的试验和大面积栽培表明,该菌株耐寒,菌丝吃料快,抗杂、抗逆性强,菇体生长快,菇形大,柄特短,肉特厚,产量和菇质均明显高于当地传统品种.现将其特性与栽培要点简介如下:
