1 概述电厂锅炉的设计与锅炉燃烧用的燃料是紧密联系在一起的。为避免因燃料变化而出现问题,就必须对锅炉的燃料特性进行详细的研究。锅炉设计煤和劣质煤按一定比例混合后,其燃烧特性、焦渣特性、SO_x、NO_x排放等与设计煤或劣质煤都有一定差别。为了成功实现锅炉的设计煤与劣质煤混烧,就必须针对锅炉的设计煤、劣质煤及设计煤与劣质煤按不同的比例混合后的混合燃料进行试验研究。
1 Overview The design of power plant boilers is closely linked to the fuel used to burn the boiler. In order to avoid problems due to fuel changes, the fuel characteristics of the boiler must be studied in detail. After the boiler design coal and the inferior coal are mixed according to a certain proportion, the combustion characteristics, coke slag characteristics, SOx, NOx emissions and the design coal or inferior coal have some differences. In order to successfully achieve the design of coal boiler mixed with poor quality coal, it is necessary for the design of the boiler coal, low-grade coal and design coal and poor quality coal mixed with different proportions of the pilot study.
