许多研究工作集中于免疫细胞和其它细胞上存在各种受体的结构、结合常数、解剖分布和饱和动力学方面。显然病毒穿入细胞前的粘附需要存在于某些细胞膜上的特定结构,尤其是某种细胞表面膜蛋白。最近,许多研究者对各种病毒的特异粘附和穿入部位的研究甚感兴趣。本文简单地综合这方面研究,以提供一些已了解的病毒致病性和靶细胞特异性的资料,同时建议加强对不明原因疾病的病毒病原研究。高度有序的细胞表面结构作为各种生物现象中起受体作用的概念近年来进展甚快。资料表明,某些疾病如重症肌无力、甲状腺毒症至少部分是由于抗体分别作用于乙酰胆碱受体或甲状腺刺激素受体所致。
Much research work has focused on the structure of various receptors on immune cells and other cells, binding constants, anatomical distribution, and saturation kinetics. Apparently, the virus penetrates into the cell prior to its attachment to certain structures that are present on certain cell membranes, especially certain cell-surface membrane proteins. Recently, many researchers are very interested in the specific adhesion and penetration sites of various viruses. This article briefly summarizes this study to provide some insight into the virulence and target cell specificity of the virus and suggests strengthening the study of viral pathogens for unexplained diseases. The concept of highly ordered cell surface structures as receptors for various biological phenomena has progressed rapidly in recent years. Data show that some diseases such as myasthenia gravis, thyrotoxicosis at least partially due to antibodies acting on the acetylcholine receptor or thyroid stimulating hormone receptor.
