This article explores Qingbaijiang district’s experience in promoting the development of party building in an all-round way, studies the new ideas of party building in the new situation and puts it into practice: relying on carrier and promoting the building of learning party organizations in an all-round way; digging potentials and cultivating leaders of high-quality grass-roots party organizations ; Firmly grasp the key points and push forward the building of the party’s democratic centralism at the grassroots level; maintain ties with the cadres and masses in the new era; build a firm defense line and conscientiously strengthen the building of a clean government.
