通过原子力显微镜对普通炭黑N220、N330、N550、N660和高结构炭黑N115、N234、N347等7种炭黑进行扫描并绘出相应的力曲线,依据力曲线数据得到这7种炭黑的平均吸附力和脱附力值。除了炭黑N115的吸附力较大,平均值为4.718 n N外,其他6种炭黑的吸附力差异不大且其值都小于1 n N。炭黑表面活性集团的活性不同导致不同炭黑之间的脱附力值差异较大,脱附力平均值最大的炭黑N660与脱附力平均值最小的炭黑N220之间差异有8倍之多。总体而言,高结构炭黑的脱附力平均值较大且活性集团分布较为集中。普通炭黑的脱附力平均值除N660外都较小,表面活性集团分布也较为分散。
