(一) 台商在汉投资始于1989年。当年10月24日台胞丁雪鸿获准与武汉特种皮鞋厂合资兴办第一家汉台合资企业“武汉昌鸿鞋业有限公司”。截止1998年9月底,我市已累计批准设立台商投资企业520家,投资总额6.3亿美元,合同台资额3.3亿美元,实际利用台资额1.7亿美元。按合同外资额排序,来源于台湾地区的投资占我市利用外资的第三位,仅次于香港和美国。总体来看,台商在汉投资主要有以下几个特点。一是投资行业比较分散,涉及50多个行业。其中投资密度稍高的行
