从事中学数学教学工作以来,笔者开过几次公开课,其中的甘苦自在心中.本文试图结合自己的思考,谈一谈新教师应该怎样对待公开课和如何准备公开课这两个问题.一、问题的呈现美国心理学家伯林纳(Berliner,1988)根据教师教学专业知识与技能的学习和掌握情况将教师专业发展分为新手、熟练新手、胜任、业务精炼和专家五个阶段,认为新教师需经过5到7年的知识与经验的积累方可以成为胜任型
Engaged in middle school mathematics teaching work, I opened several open classes, of which the ease and carefree heart.This paper attempts to combine their own thinking, talk about how new teachers should be open class and how to prepare open class these two issues.
