目的重点探究加味升阳益胃汤组方对荷瘤小鼠化疗的骨髓抑制及免疫功能的影响。方法建立小鼠肉瘤S180移植性肿瘤模型,并将小鼠分成五组,荷瘤细胞对照组腹腔注射生理盐水0.2 m L,环磷酰胺组注射环磷酰胺(cyclophosvnamide,CTX)20 mg/kg,三组治疗组分别给予注射同等剂量CTX化疗,同时给予不同剂量的加味升阳益胃汤组方,其中小剂量组每只中药灌胃0.1 m L,中剂量组每只中药灌胃0.2 m L,大剂量组每只中药灌胃0.3 m L,1 m L大约含有70 g生药量。结果环磷酰胺组小鼠的白细胞、血红蛋白及血小板均降低,荷瘤对照组和环磷酰胺组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。大剂量组、中剂量组、小剂量组的白细胞、血红蛋白及血小板均正常,大剂量组、中剂量组升高程度相对明显。三个剂量组和环磷酰胺组对比差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味升阳益胃汤组方能拮抗荷瘤小鼠化疗后引起的骨髓抑制及免疫功能的下降。
Objective To investigate the effects of Modified Shengyang Yiwei Decoction on myelosuppression and immune function in tumor-bearing mice with chemotherapy. Methods The mouse sarcoma S180 transplanted tumor model was established and the mice were divided into five groups. The control group of tumor cells were injected intraperitoneally with 0.2 mL of saline, cyclophosphamide (CTX) 20 mg / kg, The three treatment groups were given the same dose of CTX chemotherapy, while giving different doses of Modified Shengyang Yiwei Decoction group, in which the small dose group of each Chinese medicine gavage 0.1 m L, medium dose group of each Chinese medicine gavage 0.2 m L , High-dose group each Chinese medicine 0.3 g L, 1 m L contains about 70 g crude drug amount. Results The white blood cells, hemoglobin and platelets in cyclophosphamide-treated mice were decreased. The difference between the tumor-bearing control group and cyclophosphamide group was statistically significant (P <0.05). High-dose group, medium dose group, low dose group of white blood cells, hemoglobin and platelets were normal, high-dose group, medium dose group increased significantly. The differences between the three dose groups and the cyclophosphamide group were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Modified Shengyang Yiwei Decoction can antagonize the decrease of myelosuppression and immune function induced by chemotherapy in tumor-bearing mice.
