为了探寻抗癌活性高、肾毒性小、水溶性较大的新型药物，合成了四种二氨基酸 或其衍生物为配体的顺铂型络合物。其中二氯－α，γ－二氨基戊二酸合铂的毒性（ＬＤ_５０）与已发表的二氯－α，β－丁二酸合铂相近，但它们的抗癌活性大不相同， 有待于进一步研究。
