广电网络行业当前正处于从事业转企业,从垄断走向竞争的转型时期,同时作为基础网络运营商,面对日趋激烈复杂的外部竞争环境,迫使传统广电产业必须做出相应调整,随着信息技术的长足发展,借助信息化手段来完成这一调整,无疑成为广电网络企业的优先选择,这必然对运用信息化技术进行业务支撑提出了较高的要求。信息化水平已成为广电网络企业的核心竞争要素,也是其获取竞争优势的关键所在。因此,本着“总体规划、分步实施”的原则,针对当前三网融合背景下的广电网络企业信息化建设这一问题,运用国际先进的TOGAF企业架构规划方法,借鉴国内外同行业信息化建设的最佳实践,对广电网络企业的信息化架构规划方法及落地策略进行深入的探讨与研究。
