目的:测定宁夏葡萄副产品中白藜芦醇的含量,提高葡萄副产品的利用率。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定白藜芦醇的含量,检测波长为306nm。结果:宁夏葡萄副产品中白藜芦醇的含量由高到低依次为叶片>果皮>梗>种籽,葡萄品种叶片中白藜芦醇含量最高,其次为葡萄皮、梗、籽,尤其是13年赤霞珠中各组织白藜芦醇含量最高;同品种之间比较发现,蛇龙珠葡萄皮中白藜芦醇含量较高,达2.57mg/g。结论:葡萄皮、叶等组织中白藜芦醇含量丰富,加以利用可变废为宝,有利于提高葡萄副产品的利用价值。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of resveratrol in grape by-products in Ningxia and to improve the utilization rate of grape by-products.
