班级管理质量对学校教学质量与学生学习效果具有决定性作用。尤其是初中生很多还处于叛逆期,行为习惯还未完全养成,加上自控力较差,如果不能得到妥善管理、正确引导,会导致学生性格缺陷,影响学生日后的学习与成长.班主任起到一个很重要的角色,班主任应该充当学生的朋友,当学生明辨是非的法官,当学生的好父母,当学生的好榜样。
The quality of class management has a decisive effect on the quality of school teaching and the effect of student learning. In particular, many junior high school students are still in the rebellious period, the behavior has not yet been fully developed, coupled with poor self-control, if not properly managed and properly guided, will lead to student personality defects, affecting students’ future learning and growth. To a very important role, the class teacher should act as a friend of the students, when students distinguish between the right and wrong judges, when the students’ good parents, good students as a role model.
