睑痉挛-口下颌肌张力障碍综合征又称之为Meige综合征或Brueghel综合征。临床上较少见,且常易误诊。现将我院收治的2例报告如下: 例1 女、53岁、干部。入院前2a无明显诱因出现不自主皱眉动作,每日数次,每次持续数秒钟。1a后症状加重出现双目不自主闭合,睁眼困难,并有下颌抽动、张口、歪嘴等不自主运动。发作频繁,人多及情绪紧张时更重。于1986年2月28日入院。查体:神志清楚、合作、智力好。不时有皱眉、闭目、张口、下颌抽动等不自主运动,口旁 Blepharospasm - Oral mandibular dystonia syndrome is also known as Meige syndrome or Brueghel syndrome.
