许多人早上喜欢吃煎鸡蛋,口味较西化的人尤甚。的确,煎蛋又方便又有营养,味道也不赖,就算用煤气炉煎个鸡蛋其实也不太费事。可就这点时间,讲求效率的香港人也不放过,非要生产出一种微波炉专用煮蛋器,(其实北方人习惯叫煎蛋器),几十秒钟就能煎两个蛋。 这种煎蛋器分两个部分,一边是有两个“坑”的底板,正好打入两个鸡蛋(或随便什么别的蛋);另一边是个可取下的平盖子,用耐热塑料制成。让我来试着用一用。
