本文涉及一种可以调节的飞机舵面位置测量系统,集成在飞机舵面、安定面结构上,适用于采用机械(助力)飞行操纵系统的小型或中大型飞机。一般情况下传感器输出轴可以与被测舵面转轴直接固定连接,但因飞机舵面安装空间和结构的限制需将其改进为传感器与被测舵面通过机械杆系相连。此系统布置在主舵面附近,由角位移传感器、连杆、带花键摇臂和摇臂组成。机械杆系骨架为平行四边形设置,可以实现测量舵面开度的同步准确性。连杆设置为可调,以规避各环节的安装公差,从而进一步提高测量准确性。
This article relates to an adjustable aircraft rudder position measurement system integrated into the aircraft’s rudder and stabilizer structures for small or medium-sized aircraft using mechanical (assisted) flight control systems. Under normal circumstances, the output shaft of the sensor can be directly connected with the rotating shaft of the tested rudder. However, due to the installation space and structure limitations of the rudder, the sensor and the measured rudder surface should be connected by a mechanical rod. The system is arranged near the main rudder surface and consists of an angular displacement sensor, a connecting rod, a splined rocker arm and a rocker arm. Mechanical rod system is arranged parallelogram quadrilateral, can measure the opening degree of the rudder synchronization accuracy. The connecting rod is set to be adjustable to avoid the installation tolerance of each link, so as to further improve the measurement accuracy.
