御南热力站存在严重的水力失调、各用户用热不均现象,同时热力站热耗、电耗大,运行不经济等问题.采用流量法对供热管网进行调整,降低不平衡率;采用改变变频泵频率的方法对循环泵进行实验,探讨该小区合适的流量调频范围.实验结果表明,通过流量法调节系统管网,整个管网不平衡率由调整前的52%降低为调整后的8%,该热力站循环泵、加压泵选型较大,不利于系统的节能运行,建议对热力站循环泵、加压泵进行重新选型,以达到节能运行的目的.
