本文对连铸二冷区使用的不同结构喷嘴的冷态特性进行了实验研究。测定了不同喷水条件下喷嘴的水流密度分布,喷射张角及水滴粒径,讨论了喷水条件对喷嘴冷态特性的影响。
In this paper, the cold state characteristics of nozzles with different structures used in the second continuous cooling zone were experimentally studied. The jet density distribution, jet opening angle and droplet size of the nozzle under different water jetting conditions were measured. The influence of water jetting conditions on the nozzle cold characteristics was also discussed.
