用DSC-204差示扫描量热仪在不同实验条件下测量乙二醇在0~60℃的比热容,根据测量结果选出DSC法测量原油比热容的最佳实验条件。分析了DSC法测量原油比热容的偶然误差和系统误差,在选出的最佳实验条件下,用DSC法测量23个区块原油的比热容测量值的偶然误差基本在5%以内;比较了采用DSC法和绝热法测量的原油比热容的系统误差,两种方法对5个试样比热容测量值的相对误差均低于7%,校正后相对误差低于3%。实验结果表明:DSC法测量原油比热容的重复性和真实性可满足生产要求。
Using DSC-204 differential scanning calorimeter, the specific heat capacity of ethylene glycol at 0 ~ 60 ℃ was measured under different experimental conditions. The best experimental conditions for measuring the specific heat capacity of crude oil by DSC were selected according to the measurement results. The accidental error and systematic error of the specific heat capacity of crude oil measured by DSC method were analyzed. Under the optimal experimental conditions, the accidental error of the measured specific heat capacity of 23 crude oil samples by DSC was less than 5% The relative errors of the specific heat capacities measured by the two methods for the five samples are all below 7% and the relative errors after correction are below 3%. The experimental results show that the reproducibility and authenticity of the specific heat capacity of crude oil measured by DSC can meet the production requirements.
