本文对一种高压涡轮导向叶栅中的紊流特性进行了实验研究。在雷诺数为 1 0 0 0 0 0的工况下 ,采用二维热线对叶栅通道内垂直于叶高的平面内的平均速度 ,脉动速度 ,及雷诺切应力相关系数进行测量。并结合以前通过五孔针测量取得的流场进行了分析 ,得出了该叶栅中紊流参数的变化规律。实验结果表明 :叶栅端壁区的紊流流动 ,基本保持各向同性 ;通道涡和马蹄涡内存在高紊流度和雷诺切应力的紊流核心。本实验结果为分析研究叶栅端壁换热特性奠定了基础。
In this paper, an experimental study on the turbulent characteristics of a high pressure turbine guide cascade is presented. Under the condition of Reynolds number of 100 000, the two-dimensional hotline was used to measure the correlation coefficient of average velocity, pulsation velocity and Reynolds shear stress in the plane perpendicular to the blade height in the cascade channel. Combined with the flow field obtained through the measurement of five holes before, the variation law of the turbulence parameters in the cascade was obtained. The experimental results show that the turbulent flow in the endwall area of the cascades maintains almost isotropy, while the turbulent core with high turbulence and Reynolds shear stress exists in the passage vortex and the horseshoe vortex. The experimental results for the analysis of the heat transfer characteristics of cascade endwall laid the foundation.
