目的:探讨丹参对异丙肾上腺素所致心肌损伤的保护作用机理。方法:用标准玻璃微电极技术,引导豚鼠心室乳头肌细胞的电位,并用微机Doctor851程序实时分析,观察丹参对心肌细胞动作电位的影响。结果:丹参可减轻异丙肾上腺素对心肌细胞的损伤效应,它主要是通过缩短动作电位的平台期来实现的。结论:实验结果表明,阻滞细胞膜慢通道,减少细胞内钙负荷,可能为丹参对心肌保护作用的重要途径之一。
Objective: To investigate the protective mechanism of salvia miltiorrhiza against isoprenaline-induced myocardial injury. METHODS: The potentials of guinea pig papillary muscle cells were induced by standard glass microelectrode technique. The effect of Salvia Miltiorrhiza on cardiomyocyte action potential was observed by real-time computer program Doctor851. Results: Salvia miltiorrhiza can reduce the damage effect of isoproterenol on cardiomyocytes, which is mainly achieved by shortening the plateau of action potential. Conclusion: The experimental results show that blocking the slow passage of cell membrane and reducing the intracellular calcium load may be one of the important ways for protecting salvia miltiorrhiza against myocardium.
