中职是主要面向初中生毕业生招生的职业教育学校,在近年来的发展以及招生情况都比较可观,然而面对这些平均年纪在十七八岁的学生,思想教育工作依旧不能放松,因为这个年级段的学生正处在建立人生观的重要时期。然而在现阶段,中职学校的思想政治教育的效果依旧不能达到理想状态,究其根本是由于高校没有将以人为本的理念投入到教育工作中去。那么针对现阶段的中职学生思想政治教育应该如何实行,本文将提出一些见解。
