非甾体类抗炎药 (NSAID)是临床常用的抗炎镇痛药 ,近年来研究发现它有抗肿瘤作用。流行病学和临床研究发现它能降低肿瘤的发病率 ,动物研究显示它对肿瘤有抑制作用。作用机制涉及抑制环氧合酶 (COX) 2活性 ,抑制磷酸戊糖途径增加活性氧量 ,增加半胱天冬酶 (caspase) 3活性 ,影响细胞周期 ,诱导细胞凋亡 ,还抑制核因子κB(NF κB)而增加化疗药的药效。因此 ,NSAID是一类有前景的化疗药
Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) are commonly used in clinical anti-inflammatory analgesics and have been found to have anti-tumor effects in recent years. Epidemiological and clinical studies have found that it can reduce the incidence of cancer, animal studies have shown that it has an inhibitory effect on the tumor. Mechanism of action involves inhibition of cyclooxygenase (COX) 2 activity, inhibition of pentose phosphate pathway increases reactive oxygen species, increases caspase 3 activity, affects cell cycle, induces apoptosis, and inhibits nuclear factor κB (NF κB) and increase the efficacy of chemotherapy drugs.
