采用电磁场计算中的时域有限差分法对二维正方晶格光子晶体的透射谱进行了数值模拟和分析。给出了计算二维光子晶体透射谱的理论依据,利用光子晶体有限时域差分法和MIT开发的Meep软件计算了材料介电常数、光子晶体透射率与待测溶液浓度之间的变化关系。模拟结果表明,待测溶液乙醇、甲醇的浓度与光子晶体透射率之间有一定的线性关系,光子晶体透射率随溶液百分比浓度的不同,其透射谱发生变化,这对光子晶体传感器的设计制作具有指导意义。
The transmission spectra of two-dimensional square lattice photonic crystals were numerically simulated and analyzed using the finite-difference time-domain method in the electromagnetic field calculation. The theoretical basis for calculating the transmission spectra of two-dimensional photonic crystals is given. The relationship between the material dielectric constant, the transmittance of the photonic crystals and the concentration of the solution to be measured is calculated using the finite difference time-domain photon crystal method and Meep software developed by MIT. The simulation results show that there is a certain linear relationship between the concentration of ethanol and methanol in the solution to be measured and the transmittance of the photonic crystal.
