高职院校进行人文素质教育的关键是构建人文素质教育的运行机制,而科学的评价机制则是人文素质教育运行机制的杠杆。本文试从分析高职院校在人文素质教育评价方面存在的弊端入手,就如何建立行之有效的评价机制,以发挥评价在人文素质教育中的导向、反馈、管理、服务和强化功能进行了探讨,提出从教育理念、制度建设、课程设置、就业出口等几个方面实施有效的人文素质教育评价。
