目的:观察益气解毒汤联合自我管理治疗对糖尿病合并冠心病患者C-反应蛋白(CRP)、同型半胱氨酸(HCY)水平的影响及临床疗效。方法:选取糖尿病合并冠心病患者共160例,采取随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,对照组予以常规药物降糖、解聚、扩张冠状动脉等治疗;治疗组治疗在对照组基础上,加用益气解毒汤治疗结合自我管理。对比两组治疗前及治疗4周后的CRP和HCY水平、血脂和空腹血糖水平;对比两组治疗4周后的心电图及中医证候疗效。结果:两组治疗4周后的CRP和HCY水平均显著低于治疗前(P<0.01);治疗组治疗4周后的CRP和HCY水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。两组治疗4周后的TC、TG、LDL-C和空腹血糖水平显著低于治疗前(P<0.01);治疗组治疗4周后的TC、TG、LDL-C和空腹血糖水平显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗4周后的HDL-C水平显著低于组内治疗前和对照组治疗4周后(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗4周后的心电图有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗4周后的中医证候疗效有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:在常规治疗糖尿病合并冠心病基础上,加用益气解毒汤结合自我管理,可以有效降低CRP及HCY水平,同时改善高危因素和临床症状。
Objective: To observe the effect of Yiqi Jiedu Decoction combined with self-management on the levels of C-reactive protein (CRP) and homocysteine (HCY) in diabetic patients with coronary heart disease and its clinical efficacy. Methods: A total of 160 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease were selected and divided into treatment group and control group by random number table. The control group was given conventional drugs such as hypoglycemic, depolymerization and coronary artery expansion. The treatment group was treated on the basis of the control group , Plus Yiqi Jiedu treatment combined with self-management. The levels of CRP and HCY, serum lipids and fasting blood glucose were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 4 weeks of treatment. The electrocardiogram and TCM syndromes were compared between the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment. Results: The levels of CRP and HCY in both groups after 4 weeks of treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.01). The levels of CRP and HCY in the treatment group after 4 weeks of treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.01). The levels of TC, TG, LDL-C and fasting blood glucose of the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.01). The levels of TC, TG, LDL-C and fasting blood glucose Control group (P <0.01). HDL-C levels in the treatment group after 4 weeks of treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group before treatment and after 4 weeks of treatment (P <0.01). The electrocardiogram efficiency of the treatment group after 4 weeks of treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The effective rate of TCM syndrome after 4 weeks treatment in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: On the basis of routine treatment of diabetes mellitus with coronary heart disease, combined with Yiqi Jiedu Decoction combined with self-management, can effectively reduce CRP and HCY levels, while improving risk factors and clinical symptoms.
