目的探讨建立妇产科医师的胜任力模型。方法基于文献分析和开放性问卷调查结果编制妇产科医师胜任特征词典,并以此为基础设计胜任特征重要性评分问卷;以上海某医院的158名妇产科医师为问卷调查样本收集数据,采用因子分析法分析数据。结果问卷回收率81%;根据因子分析结果,提取个性特质、服务患者、事业心、临床基本技能、健康好学、核心专业技能、科研教学、应急能力、临床分析决策、谨慎合规和专业知识等11个因子。结论胜任力模型对于妇产科医师的招聘、选拔、任用和培训具有一定参考价值。“,”Objective To establish the competence model of obstetricians and gynecologists. Methods The competence dictionary of obstetricians and gynecologists was compiled based on literature analysis and open questionnaire investigation, which is the foundation to design the fol owing importance grading questionnaire of competence characteristics. 158 obstetricians and gynecologists employed by a hospital were surveyed using the questionnaire. Acquired data was processed by factor analysis. Results 128 questionnaires were returned and the return ratio was 81%. 11 factors, including personality traits, patients care, enterprise, clinical basic skil s, health and wil ing to learn, core professional skil s, researching and teaching, emergency response capability, clinical analysis and decision making, careful and compliance and professional knowledge, were identified based on factor analysis. Conclusion The competence model has a certain reference value for obstetricians and gynecologists' recruitment, selection and training.
