大豆根瘤菌的田间侵染过程及其影响因素的分析,对提高根瘤菌接种效果有密切关系。本试验对我省几个大豆品种不同生育期的根瘤进行了测试,并选用对我省大豆品种感染性较强的菌系113—2菌株进行了接种效果比较试验和较大面积的示范应用,获得增产17~38%的增产效果,每亩增产大豆20斤以上。方法与结果田间大豆根瘤菌侵染动态分析,用凝集反应测定。根瘤样品用50%甘油盐水保藏。抗血清滴度用其效价的上一个滴度,抗原用0.85%NaCl溶液在研钵中研磨。抗原一抗体加好后置37℃温箱或水浴中过夜,第二天
