目的:建立UPLC-DAD法同时测定杏苏止咳颗粒中甘草苷、橙皮苷、迷迭香酸3种成分含量。方法:采用Agilent SB-C18色谱柱(1.8μm,2.1×100mm);乙腈-0.01%磷酸水溶液为流动相梯度洗脱;流速为0.3 mL·min-1;检测波长为278 nm;柱温为30℃。结果:甘草苷、橙皮苷、迷迭香酸进样量分别在0.32~9.58 ng(r=0.99997)、4.63~92.06 ng(r=0.99996)、0.41~8.13 ng(r=0.99985)线性范围内线性关系良好,加样回收率分别为98.0%、97.8%、97.6%,RSD分别为0.67%、0.68%、0.73%。结论:本方法简便、快速、准确,可更好的控制杏苏止咳颗粒的质量。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a UPLC-DAD method for simultaneous determination of three components, namely, licorice glycoside, hesperidin and rosmarinic acid in Xingshu Cough Granules. METHODS: The mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.01% phosphoric acid was eluted with Agilent SB-C18 column (1.8μm, 2.1 × 100mm). The flow rate was 0.3 mL · min-1. The detection wavelength was 278 nm. ℃. Results: The injection volume of liquiritin, hesperidin and rosmarinic acid were in the range of 0.32 ~ 9.58 ng (r = 0.99997), 4.63 ~ 92.06 ng (r = 0.99996) and 0.41 ~ 8.13 ng The linearity was good. The recoveries were 98.0%, 97.8% and 97.6%, respectively, with RSDs of 0.67%, 0.68% and 0.73%, respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and accurate, which can better control the quality of Xingshu Cough Granules.
