1.用吸液管来分离鸡蛋的蛋黄和蛋白: 进行蛋白质实验要用蛋白,一般方法是在鸡蛋壳两端各打一小孔,再小心把鸡蛋白倾出。可是这个方法很费时间,也不可靠,分离得不够完全。据说蛋厂是用吸液管来分离的,我试了一下果然十分迅速而满意,方法是:把鸡蛋壳打破放在碗中,然后用吸液管吸取蛋白,注入另一烧杯中,把蛋黄倾入另一容器中,然后再处理第二个鸡蛋。 2.钠和硫的作用钠和硫作用虽然十分猛烈,但还是可以安全地进行演示。先用酒精灯加热干净的燃烧勺,然后移去灯火,投入一小块钠,等钠熔化时,加少量硫粉,则见缓慢作用,逐渐剧烈。最后猛烈作用,发光发热,火星飞溅,景象动人。操作者远离一米以外并戴防护镜,桌上使用玻屏防护,桌面上复石棉板。
