选择工业纯铁和三种碳素钢(20~#、65Mn、T8A)的不同热处理状态进行了销-盘式磨料磨损试验和球磨试验,结结表明:纯铁和碳素钢的正火组织试样,其耐磨性与磨后表面硬度成线性关系,但经热处理后的试样则不符合线性关系。低碳钢板条马氏体耐磨性较高,高碳钢以下贝氏体耐磨性为好。在球磨条件下试样的加工硬化对耐磨性没什么影响。
The pin-disc abrasion test and ball mill test were conducted under different heat treatment conditions of industrial pure iron and three types of carbon steel (20 ~ #, 65Mn, T8A). The results show that the normalized structure of pure iron and carbon steel The wear resistance of the sample is linear with the surface hardness after grinding, but the sample after heat treatment does not fit the linear relationship.
